Our Mission
The Nonnie Hood Parent & Family Resource
Center is dedicated to building healthy families by providing
child development information and resources in a supportive,
family-centered community.It is our vision
that each child reaches his or her own potential in a community of
families, fostered by our welcoming, supporting and educating

and other Family Celebrations
The PRC provides families with a fun learning environment
where they may host their child's birthday party or other family
celebration like Baby Showers, Family Get-Togethers and more.
Parent Education
@ the PRC
"Flexible Families: Parenting Through Divorce and Separation."
This class is for separating and divorcing parents.
It teaches parents specifically how to keep their children and
family healthy. It teaches effective communication, problem solving,
conflict resolution, establishing a business-like relationship with
a former partner, and strengthening parent-child relationships.
Enroll early! Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-serve
basis. Pre-registration is required. Fee is based on a sliding scale
fee. See brochure for more details and class dates and times!"
